Requirements

Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow in the home improvement industry
Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc. is preferred
Ability to accurately measure using basic tools (tape measure, level, etc)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs
Ability to use power tools as necessary

Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Installer with bath and shower installations
Support daily job tasks including set up, demolition, clean up, loading/ unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the space for the install
Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction
Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials
Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions
Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience
