About The Position

Hamilton is looking to add to our Install and Dismantle (I&D) team! I&D specializes in trade show booth set-up and tear-down. Requirements

Experience using basic workshop hand and power tools
Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
An effective team player, but also capable of working independently
Strong work ethic
Ability to maintain a favorable attendance record
Ability to collaborate with other departments
Flexible schedule is required job may require some off-hour working times including nights, early mornings, and weekends
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience with hand tools is a plus!
Experience in the trade show industry is a plus!
Ability to read basic blueprints and floor plans, helpful but not necessary

Responsibilities

Install & dismantle trade show exhibits including displays, signs, carpets, supports, and other items for conventions and trade shows at the Indiana Convention Center, local venues, and our Indianapolis facility
Loading and unloading client displays and equipment into trucks to prevent damage
Safely work from lifts, ladders, and platforms at different heights
Acts as an ambassador for the company, provides quality workmanship, and has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Willing to work weekends and extended hours based on deadlines
