About The Position

The Inspector role focuses on ensuring the quality of plastic products through inspection and packaging. This position requires operating equipment safely and efficiently, utilizing basic tools, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves ensuring continuous production runs, maintaining machine efficiency, and upholding plant cleanliness. Adherence to all company procedures, including Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP practices, is essential. Additional duties may be assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Ability to calculate parts requirements.
Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to stand/walk for multiple consecutive hours.
Must be able to read, write, and complete basic math.
Follow instructions in both oral and written form.
Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs

Responsibilities

Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.
Properly complete all required paperwork.
Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
