About The Position
We are seeking an Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring quality and compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in quality inspection or a related field.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with specific inspection equipment relevant to the industry.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
- Certification in quality inspection (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document inspection results and report any deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Conduct audits of processes and procedures to verify adherence to quality management systems.
- Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
