About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Housekeeping Inspector to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our portfolio of properties. This role is critical to ensuring that every owner and guest experience exceeds expectations through flawless attention to detail and consistent quality control.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality housekeeping operations
• High school diploma required
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify even minor imperfections
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using apps via a smartphone
• Physical ability to walk extensively and perform detailed visual inspections
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Unwavering commitment to excellence and luxury service standards
• Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Discretion and respect for guest privacy and confidentiality
• bending, walking and standing for extended periods

• maintaining consistent quality standards regardless of occupancy levels or time pressures
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory or quality assurance experience preferred
• Professional housekeeping or hospitality certifications advantageous

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive room inspections following established luxury hospitality standards
• Evaluate cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic presentation properties
• Document deficiencies in proprietary company app and coordinate immediate corrective actions
• Perform final inspections before guest arrival to ensure rooms meet luxury property standards
• Assess housekeeping performance and adherence to protocols
• Train housekeeping staff on luxury service expectations and proper cleaning techniques
• Ensure compliance with safety, and sanitation regulations
• Coordinate with guest experience and engineering teams to address any property issues identified during inspections
• Respond to guest feedback and complaints with immediate resolution strategies
