Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Inspector is responsible for ensuring all coated textile materials produced through extrusion coating meet required specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years manufacturing or inspection experience required
• Pre-employment physical, drug screen & background check required

Responsibilities

• Perform in‑process and final inspection of coated fabrics
• Identify, classify, and document defects
• Measure and verify product characteristics
• Record findings in quality logs
• Segregate and label non‑conforming materials
• Support investigations
• Maintain equipment
• Follow safety standards
