About The Position

Quality Inspection of Liftking final assemblies and incoming components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to use MS Word, MS Excel and operate office equipment.
• Know how to read and interpret drawings.
• Know how to use various measuring devices.
• Requires knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Requires an eye for detail.
• Ability to observe and document processes.
• Ability to present findings to upper level management and to implementation teams.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable operating and documentation procedures, and material flow.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
• Ability to accept constructive criticism.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, solve problems, and complete tasks independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with subordinates, members of management, suppliers, and other employees.
• Forklift operator license.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of verifiable inspection experience.
• Ability to lead, supervise and train others.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all final assemblies.
• Inspect incoming parts from outside suppliers.
• Perform testing of all machines.
• Provide technical support for production.
• Perform 1st article inspections & testing.
• Stay compliant with all regulatory bodies as it applied to the work that is being completed and with all safety rules and policies.
• Perform other duties as required and directed by management.
