Responsibilities

Conducting thorough inspections of hotel facilities to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are met.
Meticulously assess guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, identifying areas for improvement and compliance with our standards.
Collaborate closely with various departments, providing constructive feedback and recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
Regularly documenting findings and reporting them to management.
