Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to wear required PPE.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.
  • General computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, move throughout the production floor, and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to meet ITAR employment requirements.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect parts and components in Final Inspection and End-of-Dryer Inspection areas to ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements.
  • Use inspection equipment, measuring tools, and testing equipment to verify product quality and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and work instructions.
  • Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances and quality concerns.
  • Count, package, and prepare parts for shipment to customers.
  • Remove masking materials from finished parts as required.
  • Set up and operate production and testing equipment when needed.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance as part of the Preventative Maintenance Program.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
