The company is looking for a highly motivated and personable Inspector Sales Representative to join its growing team. In this role, the representative will be responsible for conducting in-home inspections at pre-scheduled appointments, with the mission to deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to lift, kneel, and maneuver in various home environments.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current customers' residential properties for signs of rodent activity, termite infestations, and moisture-related damage - in attics, crawl spaces, and backyards.
  • Provide customers with clear, professional recommendations and service options.
  • Attend scheduled inspection appointments daily (no cold calling).
  • Perform thorough whole-home inspections to identify: Rodent activity or damage, Termite infestations, Moisture-related damage.
  • Educate homeowners on findings and propose tailored solutions.
  • Accurately document inspection results and customer needs.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through excellent service and communication.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Stay up to date on company services, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure every customer experience is a great one.
