About The Position

This role involves receiving product from OV and conducting final inspections. The inspector will also perform in-process inspections to prepare products for shipment to OV. Key responsibilities include verifying certifications against specifications, ensuring accuracy, and utilizing tools and gauges. The position also requires conducting first piece inspections as needed and assisting in other inspection sections when necessary. A strong understanding of blueprints and tolerances is essential.

Requirements

• Knowledge of inspection equipment
• Reading blueprints and tolerances
• Ability to carry 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident ('green card' holders) or have refugee or asylee status due to ITAR and EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receiving in product from OV and conducting final inspection.
• Conducting in-process inspection to get product ready to go out to OV.
• Verifying certifications against specifications and ensuring everything is correct.
• Building and using tools/gages.
• Conducting first piece inspections when needed.
• Assisting in other inspection sections when needed.
