About The Position

This role involves performing inspections of components and final products, assembling product components into final packaging, and dispensing, capping, stoppering, sealing, and labeling components. The position also requires completing production paperwork, maintaining general cleanliness and organization of physical areas, and potentially working in different departments and buildings as production needs require. Other duties may be assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ability to work in the metric system for weights, liquid and volume measurements.
  • Ability to read, interpret and understand documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents in English.
  • The person must be able to write and speak simple sentences in English.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers, multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s and calculate percent.
  • The ability to perform these calculations using units of American weight and measurement.
  • Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions.

  • Perform inspection of components and final products.
  • Assemble product components into final packaging.
  • Dispense, cap, stopper, seal and label components.
  • Complete production paperwork, including quantities produced, scrapped and in-process.
  • Maintains general cleanliness and organization of physical area(s).
  • May work in different departments and buildings as production needs require.
