About The Position

We are seeking detail-oriented Inspector / Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting products for quality, packaging finished goods, and ensuring all materials meet customer and company standards. Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred
• Experience in inspection, packing, or quality control is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
• Package materials according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
• Separate and report non-conforming or defective products
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Ensure proper labeling, packing, and staging of materials
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily goals
