Inspector Packer - Manufacturing
About The Position
Flexcraft is hiring an Inspector Packer for its manufacturing operation. The role involves inspecting parts coming off machines, trimming and cleaning plastic parts, assembling parts when needed, packing finished products, monitoring machines, reporting problems, recording basic production and quality information, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Employees follow work instructions and ISO 9001 quality standards. The position uses a set 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts and a three-day weekend every other weekend. Overtime is available but not required. The role offers a $3-per-hour shift differential and the opportunity to grow into machine operator, quality, or lead roles. Candidates must complete a five-minute Culture Index survey to be considered.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliability and readiness to work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift 15–20 pounds.

- Plastics experience.

Responsibilities
