About The Position

We’re hiring dependable, detail-oriented Inspector Packers to support production and ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts that require prolonged periods of standing and active movement. Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred. Available shifts include: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium) 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Requirements

• Ability to meet safety and quality standards
• Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Six (6) months of experience in inspecting, packaging, or quality checking preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products and verify package counts
• Assemble and tape boxes for shipping
• Perform routine quality checks throughout production
• Safely start and stop machinery following standard procedures
