About The Position
The Inspector Packer is responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and packaging them for shipment. This role is essential in maintaining product quality, accuracy, and overall production efficiency during overnight operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 25–40 lbs as required
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends based on production demands
- Ability to work overnight hours consistently
Responsibilities
- Inspect products for defects, inconsistencies, or damage in accordance with company quality standards
- Package finished goods securely and efficiently to prevent damage during handling and transport
- Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment following established guidelines
- Maintain productivity to meet or exceed daily production goals
- Report any quality issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Assist with additional production or warehouse tasks as needed
