About The Position

Flexcraft is seeking an Inspector Packer for their manufacturing team. This role offers a set 12-hour shift schedule with a 3-day weekend every other weekend, providing consistency for employees. The position involves checking parts for defects, trimming and cleaning plastic parts, assembling parts if necessary, packing finished products, monitoring machines, tracking production and quality information, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to work instructions and ISO 9001 quality standards. Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production work
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic math and computer skills
• Able to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Able to lift 15–20 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Plastics or machine operator experience

Responsibilities

• Check parts coming off machines for defects
• Trim and clean up plastic parts as needed
• Put parts together if needed
• Pack finished products into boxes or totes
• Watch machines and report problems
• Track basic production and quality information
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow work instructions and quality standards (ISO 9001)
