About The Position
The Inspector Packer is responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and packaging them according to company specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity and supporting efficient production operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends based on production needs
Responsibilities
- Inspect products for defects, damages, or inconsistencies according to quality standards
- Accurately pack finished goods into appropriate containers or packaging materials
- Label and prepare products for shipment following company procedures
- Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production targets
- Report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist with general production duties as needed
