About The Position

Flexcraft is seeking an Inspector Packer for their manufacturing team. This role offers a consistent 12-hour shift schedule with every other weekend off, providing a stable work-life balance. The position involves checking parts for defects, performing minor cleanup and assembly, packing finished products, monitoring machines, and maintaining a clean work area. Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production work
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic math and computer skills
• Able to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Able to lift 15–20 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Plastics or machine operator experience

Responsibilities

• Check parts coming off machines for defects
• Trim and clean up plastic parts as needed
• Put parts together if needed
• Pack finished products into boxes or totes
• Watch machines and report problems
• Track basic production and quality information
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow work instructions and quality standards (ISO 9001)
