Requirements

• High School degree or GED.
• Must possess basic mathematic skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
• Ability to understand and follow directions consistently and accurately.
• Must be able to maintain a good attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity for packing and handling materials.
• Ability to sit and/or stand in a stationary position for 40% of a shift.
• Ability to walk, with or without an additional weight load.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders for 20% of a shift.
• Ability to lift and/or carry 40 lbs. over shoulder height.
• Must be able to wear proper protective equipment.
• Ability to use a trim knife safely and effectively to remove excess flash from parts (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect manufactured parts for defects, ensuring they meet established quality guidelines.
• Pack inspected parts according to specified procedures, including proper labeling, trimming, and secure sealing of cartons.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, stacking and wrapping finished cartons neatly on pallets.
• Communicate effectively in English through spoken and written means and comprehend instructions. Report any quality issues with parts or equipment to the designated personnel (Technician, Coordinator, or Supervisor).
• Prioritize safety by following all company protocols and always wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
