About The Position

We're looking for dependable people to join our Powder Paint team! No previous powder coating experience is required-we will train you. In this job, you'll inspect painted parts and package them for our customers. You'll help make sure every part leaving our facility meets our quality standards.

Requirements

• Show up to work on time.

• Can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Can follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally with help or lifting equipment.
• Reach, bend, stretch, and move parts throughout the day.
• Work around moving conveyor lines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect painted parts for scratches, missed paint, or other defects.
• Remove good parts from the line and package them correctly.
• Set aside parts that need to be repaired or repainted.
• Touch up small paint defects when needed.
• Complete simple production paperwork.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Follow safety rules and wear required protective equipment.
• Help in other departments when needed.
