About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented inspector to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that values excellence, innovation, and integrity. As an Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before reaching our customers. You will be responsible for performing detailed inspections of parts and assemblies using a variety of tools and techniques, interpreting engineering drawings, and working closely with production and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of experience in Quality Control function (Commercial or Aerospace environment preferred)

  • Must be able to understand and interpret customer drawings and engineering sketches
  • Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect products using various inspection gages, scales, and visual inspection prior to product shipment
  • Perform complex geometric layout inspection using standard variable gaging and relative mathematics.
  • Prepare and submit first article inspections to customer requirements
  • Verification of certifications and testing of incoming raw materials
  • Function as Designated Quality Representative for various customers to release products for shipment.
  • Examine material or product for surface defects such as cracks, pits, and other surface irregularities.
  • Compare product with applicable parts list or sample model to ensure completion of assembly.
  • Verifies dimensional compliance of all products with drawing and customer requirements.
  • Interprets engineering drawings and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
  • Performs in-process inspection and testing of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with all applicable mechanical and process related requirements.
