Requirements

  • Requires a high school degree/GED or equivalent and minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Requires full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
  • Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
  • May require vocational training and/or certification

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, Pivot Table), Word (Redlines) and Power Point.

  • Knowledge MES and Equipment Controller System
  • Manufacturing Training Staff Certification

Responsibilities

  • Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
  • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
  • Performs on the job training, skill training and some classroom training in assembly and production areas.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas.
  • Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may may monitor trainees.
  • Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
  • Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.
  • Support Audit process in Manufacturing Areas.
  • Manages Learning Management System
