Requirements

Requires a high school degree/GED or equivalent and minimum of 2 years of experience.
Requires full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
May require vocational training and/or certification

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, Pivot Table), Word (Redlines) and Power Point.
Knowledge Learning Management System
Knowledge MES and Equipment Controller System
Manufacturing Training Staff Certification
Knowledge Agile Map System
Manufacturing Assessor Certification

Responsibilities

Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Performs on the job training, skill training and some classroom training in assembly and production areas.
Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas.
Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may may monitor trainees.
Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
Performs line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.
Support Audit process in Manufacturing Areas.
Manages Learning Management System
