Requirements

• Familiar with the use of standard measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer 0-2 years of professional or military experience related to quality control inspection of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO and UL standards is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality standards for incoming material and manufactured products.
• Perform inspections of adjustable speed drives and power apparatus throughout the various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Perform inspections of incoming material.
• Assist with projects as assigned by department leadership.
• Follow all established processes and procedures and adhere to all safety practices.
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Measure products using basic tools such as calipers, rulers and gauge.
• Perform any mechanical adjustments as required per procedure.
• Follow procedures and checklist to capture quality data for adjustable speed drives and power apparatus.
