About The Position

Inspects hotel rooms and suites as well as public areas to ensure they are cleaned to exacting standards. This role involves inspecting the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel. The Inspector communicates quality to their supervisor and relays needed coaching for team members to management. They monitor each Room Attendant’s daily progress, inspects completed rooms to assure that all standards have been met, and brings employees back to rooms to correct deficiencies when standards are missed. This role also coordinates work orders in the assigned section, follows up to ensure work is completed, releases checkout rooms to be sold, and assures sufficient supplies on guest floors. Additionally, the Inspector checks the cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and Linen Closets. The position requires compliance with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
