About The Position

Join Team Rohadfox—a company that values growth, great benefits, and a team-first culture. We’re seeking an experienced Field Inspector to join our joint venture team. You will assist in the field inspection effort by observing and enforcing compliance with the Terms and Conditions (plans and specifications) of a Construction Contract. Previous airport project experience is a big plus.

Requirements

7-10 years in construction field inspection, with a strong focus on concrete
Prior experience as a Field Inspector or Field Engineer
Understanding of QA/QC plans, safety protocols, and project procedures manuals
Familiarity with tools like PMWeb, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Word, and similar platforms
Strong reporting and coordination skills

Nice To Haves

College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification (minimum requirement)
NICET Certification (highly preferred)
Previous airport project experience

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Participate in verifying progress payments
Attend Progress and Safety Meetings (weekly)
Prepare personally, Daily Inspection Reports (DIRs).
Work with the RE field Staff-Engineers, Admin/clerks
Safeguard and maintain the equipment (office and vehicular)
Monitor and ensure the correction of non-conforming work
Assist in processing change orders, claims and revisions to the contract schedule and budget
Assist in the timely closeout of the construction contract
Other tasks as may be assigned.
