About The Position

An Inspector Class "B" at Rolls-Royce is an employee capable of performing required inspection tasks in specific categories, including sheet metal, welding, polishing, processing, gauge room and components dimensional inspection, and engine strip inspection. This role does not involve "first-offs" machine shop bay inspection or assembly inspection. Requirements

  • Highschool diploma
  • Must be Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Bilingual in French and English

Nice To Haves

  • Attestation of College Studies (ACS) from l’École Nationale d’Aérotechnique (ÉNA) preferred or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) from l’École des métiers de l'aérospatiale de Montréal (EMAM) (equivalent military training and experience will be considered)

Responsibilities

  • Perform required inspection in sheet metal, welding, polishing and processing.
  • Perform required inspection in gauge room and components dimensional inspection.
  • Perform required inspection in engine strip inspection.
  • Shall not perform "first-offs" machine shop bay inspection or assembly inspection.
