About The Position
This role involves assisting Senior Inspectors and Roadway Inspectors in their duties related to construction inspection, particularly in road or bridge construction. The position requires the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, work independently or as part of a team, and possess strong math skills. A valid driver's license is necessary. The successful candidate must obtain FDOT Intermediate MOT certification within the first six months of employment.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- One-year experience in construction inspection, specifically in road or bridge construction inspection.
- Strong math skills.
- Valid Driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- CTQP Asphalt Paving 1 certification
- CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level 1 certification
- CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level 1 certification
Responsibilities
