About The Position

Fire Protection Services, LLC is hiring an Inspections Coordinator to manage recurring inspection scheduling for our Atlanta location. This is a high-volume, high-persistence outbound role — you'll be the driving force behind keeping our inspection calendar full and our technicians' schedules booked out in advance. Requirements

1–2 years in customer service, dispatch, or scheduling (fire protection or life safety industry experience strongly preferred).
Excellent phone communication and genuine persistence — you don't give up after one call.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with ServiceTrade, Excel, and Google Sheets (or the ability to learn fast).
Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative in a fast-moving team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience scheduling or coordinating inspections, testing, or compliance-driven services.
Familiarity with AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) requirements and inspection compliance timelines.
Experience with high-volume, high-persistence outbound calling campaigns.

Responsibilities

Make persistent outbound calls — a minimum of 40 per day — to current clients in the Atlanta area to schedule recurring inspections as they come due, following up consistently until booked.
Build and maintain technician schedules a minimum of 30 days out, in coordination with Field Leadership and Inspection Management.
Keep on top of customer email correspondence, ensuring nothing sits unanswered.
Support onboarding of new inspection accounts, ensuring service details and schedules are set up correctly from the start.
Keep client and job records accurate and current in ServiceTrade; maintain inspection schedules in Excel/Google Sheets.
Assist with general scheduling support and correspondence as needed.
