Job Description Summary: Identify work needed and complete all aspects of the tractor and trailer. Ensure detailed information is captured and keyed into computer systems and relayed to the Shop or service provider as needed Follow our tire program on each tractor and trailer. Identify repairs on each tractor and trailer. Follow all TIA rules and regulations for your safety and the safety of the driver. Resolve issues to take care of drivers and customers while providing excellent customer service. Always follow prescribed procedures and protocols. Identify areas of opportunity and provide feedback to management. Identify best practices and share them across the team. Support an atmosphere of professionalism, always.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results with limited influence from others
  • Hard worker, someone who works diligently to get tasks done and demonstrates personal characteristics, such as responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines
  • Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
  • In-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
