About The Position

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Identify DOT compliance requirements, company needs, and necessary repairs as directed. Inspect tires and equipment and identify maintenance, repair, or replacement needs. Follow the company’s tire program for each unit and accurately identify required services. Ensure detailed and accurate information is documented in the appropriate computer systems and communicated to the Shop or service provider as needed. Follow all applicable Tire Industry Association (TIA) rules, regulations, and safety practices. Address driver and customer needs while providing professional and responsive customer service. Follow all established procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines. Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate recommendations to management. Identify and share best practices with team members. Maintain a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, and related programs.
  • No relocation assistance is available for this position.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
  • Minimum of one year of consistent employment history or education.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and crawl underneath equipment as required.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dependable, responsible, conscientious, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to review and interpret information, identify problems, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow established procedures and guidelines.
  • Commitment to maintaining and following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • In-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
