  • Ability to ensure critical medical equipment is clean, inspected, tested, maintained, repaired, accurately inventoried, and ready when healthcare customers need it.

  • Ability to prepare medical equipment for customers by cleaning, maintaining, decontaminating, inspecting, and performing basic function testing.
  • Ability to identify equipment requiring repair, properly tag units, and coordinate repairs with internal teams, customers, and Field Service Engineers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, adjust, maintain, and repair electronic medical equipment (at higher levels).
  • Ability to ensure equipment barcodes, inventory records, inspection updates, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Ability to coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory allocation, and track-and-trace activities while ensuring customer ship dates are met.
  • Ability to conduct physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and parts management activities.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, Sales Representatives, hospital representatives, and internal teams regarding equipment availability, repairs, and inventory.
  • Ability to assist with tradeshow staging, on-site training, and customer support activities.
  • Ability to coordinate daily team workload, train junior personnel, and provide performance feedback to management (at Level III).
  • Ability to support inventory reporting, month-end processes, and other operational projects as needed.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted point of escalation for equipment and customer issues at higher technician levels.

Responsibilities
