Responsibilities: Performs electrical inspections of incoming and in-process materials. Record in SAP and on quality records the status of inspection of all assigned parts. Actively participate in project improvement programs. Interface appropriately with all external and internal customers and suppliers, including source inspectors. Ensure product quality, workmanship, conformance to all applicable processes, requirements, and regular regulatory standards in accordance with the established quality assurance system. Ability to work with minimal supervision. To be successful in this role you will: · Have three years minimum experience on complex electrical inspection or equivalent equipment · have previous experience with electrical equipment such as electrometers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, TDR, multimeters & low voltage testing, etc · Set up and connect equipment for testing activities, ensuring correct positioning and configuration in accordance with safety and procedural guidelines. · Conduct functional testing of electrical components and accurately document findings related to performance and final disposition · Demonstration of good decision making and safe practices · Complete all required documentation and other testing logs or quality records · Have proficiency in troubleshooting electrical components · Have a strong understanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation practices. · Have an ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. · Have an Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. · Have a strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. · Identifying, document, and report non-conformances in accordance with company procedures. · Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and maintaining compliance This description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work being performed by employees within this classification.
