Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inspection/Production Operator I to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent work environment, takes pride in accuracy, and can stay focused while performing repetitive tasks. The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect rolls of labels for defects and ensure products meet quality standards. The position is performed primarily while seated in a clean, cool, quiet, and comfortable production environment. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to be hired directly by the client after successfully completing the required hours through the staffing agency.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small defects.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect rolls of labels for defects, damage, or quality issues.

Utilize a computer and ERP system to enter and retrieve information.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.
