About The Position

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products and sells the items individually to the public through online auctions. The Inspection-Feed Associate prepares and positions products for the Scan Team. This position reports to the Scan or Big Box Scan Team Lead. The position is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt. The listed schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; schedules may vary by location and workload, with management determining hours.

Requirements

• Must be available to work on-site.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound products for obvious defects.
• Categorize products as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged.
• Perform basic tests on electronics to assess their general condition.
• Move products to the conveyor for scanning.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
