About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Inspector role located in Camden, Arkansas. The Quality Inspector conducts quality control and assurance checks, manages quality processes, performs inspections, and applies analytical skills to ensure product integrity. The schedule is four 10-hour days per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 years of prior inspection, quality, or related experience; alternatively, 2 years of post-secondary education or an associate degree and at least 2 years of prior inspection, quality, or related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Entry-level understanding of GD&T.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle Quality and Inventory modules.
• Cleanroom and laminar flow bench certification.
• Electrical fabrication internal certification.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure piece parts and products meet drawing requirements.
• Use work instructions provided by manufacturing engineers to collect data.
• Perform in-process inspections for drawing compliance.
• Perform final assembly inspections to assess product acceptance and workmanship.
