About The Position

Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager II to lead onsite environmental operations at a key customer location (or group of locations). In this role, you will organize day-to-day operations to maximize profitability, ensure safe and compliant delivery of services, and plan for ongoing operational needs related to technology, facilities, labor, and equipment. You will develop, monitor, and measure performance against operational and financial KPIs while providing strong leadership to the onsite InSite team. Responsibilities

Lead and oversee an 8-person emergency response crew
Coordinate and manage emergency response activities
Supervise janitorial services for the customer site
Oversee chemical cleanup operations to ensure safe conditions for tradespeople to perform repairs
Maintain safety, compliance, and operational efficiency during all response activities
Organize day-to-day operations to maximize profitability
Ensure safe and compliant delivery of services
Plan for ongoing operational needs related to technology, facilities, labor, and equipment
Develop, monitor, and measure performance against operational and financial KPIs
Provide strong leadership to the onsite InSite team
