As an Inside Territory Manager you’ll be the heartbeat of our agent relationships—proactively deepening connections, solving challenges, and turning opportunities into measurable results. Your days will be filled with dynamic conversations: guiding agents to crush quotas, onboarding new partners with confidence, and collaborating with field teams to amplify our market presence. With every call, email, or training session, you’ll champion our brand, refine processes, and ensure seamless alignment between agents and company goals. Each day at AssuranceAmerica is different, but as Inside Territory Manager in Sales, you will: Proactively cultivate and strengthen relationships with a designated portfolio of existing agents to drive loyalty, engagement, and revenue growth. Act as the liaison between agents and internal teams to resolve issues, improve service quality, and ensure alignment with company goals. Guide and manage agents to achieve sales quotas and business objectives by setting clear goals, securing commitments, and conducting follow-ups. Execute daily outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with a focus on deepening account relationships and driving quote/application growth. Follow the established Model Sales Process (MSP) and sales cadence (calls, emails, texts) to increase agency adoption and production. Overcome objections and leverage critical thinking to identify opportunities for expanding agent performance and market share. Drive new agency onboarding by leading training sessions, ensuring product/guideline proficiency, and collaborating with field Territory Managers to achieve quote adoption. Partner with field Territory Managers (TMs) and National Accounts teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve collective growth targets. Serve as backup support for sales administration, licensing tasks, and special projects as needed. Diligentl y track and document all agent interactions, including discussion points, follow-up tasks, and scheduled future engagements. Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of agent requests. Participate in regular strategy meetings with Sales leadership to refine tactics, share feedback, and adapt to evolving business needs. Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance sales acumen, product knowledge, and relationship management skills. Flexibility to travel occasionally for field visits, training, or events. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
