Interacting with customers daily, the team serves as the front-line response for customer needs, quickly responding with problem-solving solutions when issues arise. TSAs acquire and apply product and application knowledge to accurately quote on products and process orders. This key position applies a positive can-do attitude, strong time management, the ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail to offer a world-class customer service experience.
