About The Position

The Inside Team Member receives and processes telephone orders, enters customer orders into a computer, prepares products, and helps serve guests. The role also includes stocking ingredients, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, cleaning equipment and facilities, handling cashier duties, and running Carside Delivery orders to customers. Team members are expected to work well with other team members and store management. The position is offered part-time or full-time, with day and evening shifts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess basic math skills to make change on the spot.
• Have strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Enter customer orders into a computer for processing.
• Stock ingredients to and from storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities.
• Greet guests and handle cashier responsibilities.
• Run Carside Delivery orders out to customers.
• Work well with other team members and store management.
