About The Position

Beneva Insurance is seeking an energetic Inside Service Representative for this 1-year contract position. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with our internal partners to manage and provide a high level of service to Advisors and an in-force block of our small and mid-sized Clients.

Requirements

  • College or University degree in Administration or Business is an asset
  • 2 years experience in a customer service and administration focused role in the Group Insurance industry
  • Passion for customer service and problem solving
  • Great understanding of issues related to group insurance plans in Ontario and Western Canada is an asset
  • Must be able to multi-task, acquire information quickly, and be pro-active and accountable.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to new systems and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) in order to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and trusted service to Advisors and Clients
  • Actively seek to find creative solutions to client and advisor inquiries regarding claims, administration, premiums, billing issues, etc
  • Work in collaboration with the client, the sales team and internal partners
  • Build solid relationships both internally and externally and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in internal workshops focused on developing or improving processes.
  • Perform other tasks as required
