About The Position

Gabriel Jewelry LLC is seeking a full-time Inside Salesperson to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell merchandise, specifically jewelry, directly to consumers. The Inside Salesperson will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and preferences, presenting and demonstrating products, and recommending appropriate items. Additionally, the role involves supporting the organization and maintenance of the sales environment and assisting with the store's daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months in the position of Salesperson or in a related retail occupation.
• Fluent Portuguese required.
• Ability to communicate with customers.
• Ability to demonstrate products and make sales.
• Customer service and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Proactive, organized, and responsible profile.
• Ability to work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell merchandise, specifically jewelry, directly to consumers.
• Provide customer service by identifying customer needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate products available in the store.
• Recommend products that are appropriate for the customer’s profile.
• Support the organization and maintenance of the sales environment.
• Assist with the store’s daily operations.
