We are currently seeking a customer-focused Inside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. Requirements

• One year experience in sales
• Advanced Computer Skills

Nice To Haves

• Background in construction/roofing related field
• Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, not required)
• Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
• Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through the pursuit of strategic processes.
• Execute outbound calling strategies.
• Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.
