Requirements

At least one year of sales experience
Excellent organization skills
Appropriate etiquette for telephone, email, in-person, and other communications
Proven ability to determine customers’ needs and follow through to close sales and ask for referrals
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and provide ongoing follow up to meet customer’s needs.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance customer experience and build referrals for new business.
Manage time appropriately to meet/exceed customer’s expectations.
Stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Promote sales culture.
Comply with company safety policy at all times.
