This role focuses on maximizing lead-to-funding conversion by understanding prospects' needs and leveraging homeownership solutions. The overarching goal for reps is to maximize conversion from marketing qualified lead to funding while always delivering an excellent homeowner experience. This involves owning a large, warm pipeline, balancing speed with intentionality, and leveraging Salesforce to segment and prioritize work. The position requires consultative selling, running high-volume call blocks, uncovering homeowner goals with empathy, and tailoring financing options to drive funding decisions. Reps are expected to drive their own growth through active participation in role-plays, call reviews, coaching, and improving conversion metrics. Collaboration across Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Success teams is essential to ensure a smooth, compliant homeowner journey and to provide feedback for sales effectiveness and process improvements.
