About The Position

As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in maximizing profitability and expanding our market share. The position is based in Durant, IA, though we’re open to talking with strong candidates who may sit in one of our Nebraska or Kansas branches. If the hire is located outside Iowa, they’ll travel to the Iowa branch once a month, and NIM will cover all travel costs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
