Industrial Inspection & Analysis (Kova) is looking to hire a motivated individual to fill our Inside Sales position specifically targeting prospects for our equipment inspections and certification group. As a third-party, unbiased inspection company, we service the Construction, Infrastructure, Marine, Aerospace, Defense, and Communications industries throughout Canada and the US. With a combined 160 years of experience and locations across Canada and the US, we have the opportunity to market our capabilities to businesses of all sizes. An inside salesperson will focus on renewing work for dormant and current customers and new customer acquisition. A large portion of this position will involve the management of our certification renewal systems. This position may involves cold calling potential clients, client business referrals, and/or researching web leads. He/she will be responsible for offering and explaining to current and prospective customers/clients all services offered and providing additional presentations as needed. Additional responsibilities include account management for our rental customers. Potential candidates must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
