About The Position

Agilix Solutions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Grenada, MS team for the role of Industrial Electrical Inside Sales. In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with original manufacturers, institutional businesses, system integrators, and electrical contractors. You will manage order entry and quotes to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Quick response time and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
Ability to promote products to meet and upsell customer needs.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to execute company strategies aimed at reaching new and existing customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Ability to source products in vendor portals like Rockwell Automation, Mersen and Hoffman.
A strong desire to learn and gain an edge in the electrical industry, particularly in Industrial Electrical and Electrical Construction Sales space.

Responsibilities

Work with original equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and institutional businesses and electrical contractors to drive sales growth within the assigned market.
Daily inbound calls and emails from customers in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.
Follow-up on customer orders and quotes after the sale to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
Enter quotes and sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate with Outside Sales to identify and target customer needs, issues that need to be addressed, and provide solutions for customers.
Communicates with Warehouse Team to fulfill customer needs on orders and deliveries.
Ability and desire to promote and profitably sell products and services within the industrial electrical space.
Assist other departments such as the sales counter and warehouse on an as need basis to ensure appropriate customer service is maintained.
