Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Capable of pulling together professional sales presentations.
- Knowledge of ERP applications (preferably Oracle).
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the sales team to include assisting in generating leads, scheduling sales meetings, handling incoming phone calls, recommending products to customers and other responsibilities as assigned to support the sales team.
- Enter and Finalize quotes into Oracle for customers and Sales Representative.
- Responsible for handling incoming phone calls and walk-ins requesting sales information.
- Assist the sales manager in the preparation of sales reports and competitive market analyses.
- Update contact lists of existing and prospective customers.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
