About The Position

As an Inside Sales Associate for our Parts Department at Ambient HVAC Supply, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account setup. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You’ll also get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required.
Basic math and computer literacy.
Great communication skills.
Organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up quotes for customer pricing.
Answer customer calls and identify parts.
Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.
Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email.
Follow all company safety programs.
Support warehouse operations by receiving and processing incoming inventory, verifying accuracy, and stocking products in a timely manner.
Perform inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring orders are accurately packed, documented, and shipped on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to support efficient daily operations.
Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and store materials, pallets, and products throughout the warehouse.
